1. Personal data

By sharing any information about ourselves we should know what will happen to them. The company Time2Work Ltd. in the interest of peace and safety of recruited people has presented this privacy politics for you. Under this policy we guarantee that the personal data and documents you share withus will be used only for the recruitment process.

What information do we gather?

In the recruitment process the candidate is required to present a variety of information like:

• personal data,
• information related to education,
• work experience and interests,

that together with contact information is a set of information needed in the recruitment process.

Rights related to shared personal data.

To submit an application you will need to include this clause:

"I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of this procedure and future recruitment - in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). I agree to share my data with partners of Time2work Ltd. and employers to complete the recruitment process. I am aware that data is voluntary and that I have the right to access, rectify or delete data at any time."

This clause means that we as a unit receiving personal data,  can not use them  for any purpose other than the recruitment process.

2. Cookies

Web site administration requires us to collect information about HTTP requests that are directed to our server. This information is collected only for the purpose of administering the service. Therefore, we do not use them to identify the users of time2work's website. No identifying information is provided to a third party. Collected information is used for occasional analysis. To determine which pages are visited most often, which web browsers are used, whether the structure of our site contains errors, etc.
